“The inspiration to create this e-book came from my own experience.
There were many times when I found myself dealing with intrusive thoughts, especially when I should have been relaxing and enjoying life. The feeling of not being able to control these thoughts and not being able to set boundaries was challenging.
For example, after a day of work, my desire was to spend time with my family, but it was hard to stop ruminating over work-related issues. This became even more evident at the end of the week when I simply couldn’t detach from the topics that had dominated my thoughts.
And it was at this moment that, as a mental health professional, I decided to embark on a journey of self-discovery, applying techniques that made sense to me.
Now, I am excited to share with you the most effective strategies I found to deal with this challenge and live life more fully.”
