“... the insights were very relevant. You managed to address precisely how people who feel diminished compared to others truly feel and what actions they should take to try to reverse this situation. Positive actions must be reinforced every day. Congratulations, this video should circulate so that many people can be helped."
"Excellent material. Direct and realistic insights into the problem of comparison, clearly explaining its negative consequences and effects. An interesting point was how comparison, through envy, ends up distancing us from people who have achieved success—people who could significantly help us in our personal growth if we didn't have this barrier."
"Very valuable lessons! I'm taking notes and placing them where I can easily see them."
"The video on *'Dealing with Unrealistic Expectations and Perfectionism'* is a source of inspiration and motivation. After watching it, I’m determined to live with less pressure and more gratitude."
The inspiration to create this e-book came from my own experience.
At various moments, I found myself grappling with intrusive thoughts precisely when I should have been relaxing and enjoying life. The feeling of being unable to control these thoughts and establish boundaries was challenging.
For example, after a workday, my desire was to spend time with my family, but it was hard to stop dwelling on work-related matters. This became even more evident at the end of the week when I simply couldn’t disconnect from the issues that had dominated my thoughts.
It was during this time that, as a mental health professional, I decided to embark on a journey of self-discovery, applying techniques that made sense to me.
Now, I am thrilled to share with you the most effective strategies I’ve found to tackle this challenge and enjoy life more fully.
